• The extra laser thermometer, to make cooking in Piccolo even easier.
• Flame Deflector insert for even faster cooking of Napolitana style pizzas
• 2-part stainless steel chimney with valve. Total length 1 meter. By closing the valve in the chimney you can use Piccolo as a smoker.
• Cordierite stone, 36cm in diameter and 2cm thick.
• Battery powered motor for the turning oven stone.
• Wood tray. With adjustable air valves to regulate the flames.
